Transform Team Communications with 3 Vital Questions

A communicators’ wish come true. Learn how to move away from reactive, drama-filled habits and towards communications that are more effective and resourceful in building resilient professional and personal relationships. This event is ideal for leaders who want to increase their capacity to handle and lead change.

Attend IABC Dallas’ April luncheon to learn outcome-focused techniques to create a foundation and language for working with others in a trusting, empowering, and innovative way. Gain renewed courage to make personal changes that enable you to show-up at work with less stress, increasing both effectiveness and fulfillment.

Ann Sheu is a certified trainer of 3 Vital Questions (3VQ) and Professional Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). She is uniquely positioned to help open minded and growth-oriented leadership teams thrive. In addition to being an entrepreneur since 2004, Ann has 15 years of experience helping organizations systemically improve as a consultant, advisor, board member, and coach. These experiences, paired with both business and law degrees, have given her a very holistic view of business and allows her to pull from a wealth of tools and perspectives to aid her clients in their journey.

Ann grew up in an entrepreneurial family—it was brutal work and not financially rewarding—so she committed to doing things differently. Later, when Ann and her husband took over the family business, she juggled multiple hats—HR, legal, marketing, operations—and the company was “hitting the ceiling” and needed to make some changes. Knowing first-hand how a poorly run business can break a family, Ann wanted something better. Within two years of implementing EOS and the 3VQ framework, the toxic culture was turned around, discipline and accountability existed throughout the business, and a strong leadership team was formed and aligned towards a clear vision. Now, Ann trains, coaches, and facilitates businesses to implement EOS and 3VQ, combining proven business principles with practical, real-world tools to accelerate growth, drive meaningful outcomes, improve organizational health, and create high-performance organizations.

Whether she’s leading a client session, giving a keynote, or facilitating a workshop, Ann brings an incredible amount of energy and real-world experience. For Ann, this isn’t just a job; it’s an obsession. She believes so deeply in the transformational powers of EOS and 3VQ that she even uses these frameworks to run her family!
